Jack Busby Memorial Trophy 17-18 - Quarter Final
FC Hollybush Reserves cruised into the Jack Busby Semi-Finals after a 7-0 thrashing of FC Ascot Reserves. Chris Hirons scored twice with Luke Turner, Tiny Tim Stiddard, Chris Marshall, Danny Brearley and Richard Williams netting the others.

John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield 17-18 - 4th Round
FC Hollybush first team, currently atop the Premier Division also progressed in their respective cup competition. The 5th Round awaits the Bush after they eased past hosts Witney Royals with a 7-2 win. Dan Townsend and Miles Roberts’ goals for Division One Royals gave Hollybush something to think about but a hat trick from Michael Duerden, two from Craig Mays and a goal each from Dan Bishop and Olly Oswin secured the result.

Spartan Rangers’ run in the Junior Shield came to an end as they went down 3-0 to Tetsworth.

Fred Ford Cup 17-18 - Quarter Final
Hanborough’s fine form continued as they edged their way into the Semi Finals of the Fred Ford cup. A goal each from Dan Haggie and Jack Morton saw Boro’ beat Premier rivals Kirtlington 2-1 with Nathan Kelly scoring for the hosts.

Premier Division
With three of the top four sides in cup action, it was down to the middle echelon of Premier teams to supply the entertainment this weekend. Carterton Rangers did just that with a fine 4-0 win over Hailey. James Barker, Chris King, Jamie MacDonough and Dan Hall were all on target in the win which saw Rangers move further away from the drop zone.

Carterton Town A move up one place into 6th after a 2-1 win over Combe in a match which saw Olly Bush and Steve Harries scored for the hosts. Ethan Penney got on the score sheet for Combe.

Chipping Norton Town are still only two points from safety after their 2-2 draw with Minster Lovell. Rhys Warner-Carter and Josh Hunt were on target for Chippy with Jonny Fletcher and James Hector hitting back for Minster.

Division One
Aston are now masters of their own destiny as they took first place from their opponents Stonesfield, courtesy of a narrow 2-1 victory. The hosts lead only by goal difference, but have a game or two in hand on the chasing pack thanks to goals from Nick Angus and Ryan Lewis. Mike Phipps scored from the spot for Stonesfield who slipped to third.

Tower Hill rise to second place, level on points with leaders Aston after their 2-0 win over their close rivals, Tower Hill Stars. Brothers, Luke and Adam Bolley each scored to seal the win.

Bampton United picked up only their second point of the season courtesy of a 2-2 draw with Eynsham SSC. John Ayres and Ryan Stockford (from the spot), were on target for Ensham but goals from Frazer Cooper and Daniel Paintin ensured the sides would have to settle for a point each.

Division Two
Division Two leaders Kingham AB now only head the table on goal difference after they suffered another defeat. Bourton Rovers were the victors, recording a 2-1 win. Alex Winter and Toby Cranham scored the goals. Olly Peters netted for Kingham.

Middle Barton are now on the same points as Kingham after their 2-1 win over Spartan Rangers Reserves. John Umney bagged a brace with Nick Brown replying for the hosts.

Charlbury Town Reserves stay within striking distance of the top as they beat Bletchingdon 2-1. Damien Corbin and Warwick Thompkins both got on the score sheet for Town as Richard Wells scored for Bletch.

Witney Wanderers continued their good run as they saw off Brize Norton 2-0, leapfrogging them in the process. Ben Border and Bernice Crumlish scored for Witney.

A single goal from Javan Nurse was enough to secure all three points for Moreton Rangers in their 1-0 win over Hailey Reserves.

At the bottom of the table in the proverbial ‘6-pointer’, it was Hanborough Reserves who came out on top after beating Aston Reserves 2-0, only their second win of the season. Dan Rocket and Herbie Hamilton scored the goals but despite the win, Boro’ remain at the foot of the table, 6 points adrift form safety.

Division Three
Siege FC missed out on the chance to go top of Division Three after they suffered a shock 5-4 defeat to Combe Reserves. Karl Dodds scored a hat trick for Siege with Andy Makepiece getting the other, however, their second loss of the season was confirmed after Emmanuel Ogunbiyi (2), Leke Shodunke (2) and Kyle Page all contributed to the score line.

FC Mills picked up a rare 3 points after they defeated hosts Milton Reserves 3-0. Dan Hedges, Cody Davies and Kieran Dyble all found the back of the net for Mills, leaving Milton, still without a single point this season.

The points were shared at Burwell where Witney Royals Reserves came back twice to draw 2-2 with Ducklington. Courage Nyenya scored both for Duck with Rob Debanks and Mikey Piper levelling for the hosts however Duck missed the chance to seal the win after Shaun Whelan in the Royals goal saved a penalty late into the second half.

Division Four
Bletchingdon Reserves’ Michael Trafford smashed in five goals against a luckless Eynsham SSC Reserves during his sides 18-0 demolition of the visitors. Mason Connelly bagged four with Senan Simmons and Tom Knox picking up hat tricks. Toby Smith and an own goal completed the rout.

Division Four leaders Carterton couldn’t quite match that tally against Chadlington Reserves but still recorded an impressive 9-0 thrashing of their hosts. Dan Chillington and Jack Gibson both scored twice with Ryan Clement, Shay Lowthian and Si Oakley all finding the back of the net. Jules Hird and John Wood replied for Chad.

There were also 9 goals in the game between second placed Wootton Reserves and Siege FC Reserves, however it was the hosts who scored the lions share, running away 8-1 winners. Mark Mumford scored a hat trick with James Goodwin (2), Simon Stokes, Theo Flatman and Craig Barker getting the others. Ashley Wallcraft scored the consolation for Siege.

Kingham All Blacks Reserves beat Spartan Rangers A 3-1 with Adrian Williams, Liam Barnes and Chris Perrott all finding the back of the net. Mev Gundem’s goal for Spartan was mere consolation.

Stonesfield Reserves and Bampton United Reserves had to settle for a point each after they drew 1-1. Alan Wilson and Steve Newman scored for Stonesfield and Bampton respectively.
