OFA Charity Cup – Semi Final
West Witney’s run in the OFA Charity Cup came to an end as they were dumped out of the competition, 4-0 by OUP from Oxford.

Supplementary Cup – Second Round

Tower Hill Stars of Division Three knocked out Division Four’s Charlbury Reserves. Bruce Claridge scored both goals for the hosts but Tower Hill shared their winning goals amongst Rich Meredith, Will Graham, Sam Bowers, Craig Mays and Lee Travers.

Combe Reserves were knocked out with a 3-1 defeat at the hands of FC Hollybush Reserves. Arron Hyatt hit the hat trick to send the Division Four side through. Scott Dalby replied for Combe.

Jordan Lyne (2), Oli Page (2), Connor Peacock , Charlie Sheppard and Tyler Walker were all on target for Eynsham A during their 7-1 thrashing of Bourton Rovers Reserves for whom Jay Mosson scored.

Eynsham SSC Reserves went down 3-0 to Wootton. Ade Marks (2) and James Cox on target for the visitors.

Middle Barton went down to Wychwood Forest by the same 3-0 score line. Steve Harris and Ryan Clements were amongst the goals for Wychwood.

Connor Ladbrooke, Shaun Kemp, Luke Parker and Nick Clarke were all on the score sheet for Stonesfield Reserves as they saw off Milton Reserves 4-0.

Premier Division
Bourton Rovers now lead the Premier Division Table for the first time in the clubs history. Moved into top spot after a crushing 7-0 demolition of Minster Lovell. Connor Teague, Dan Smith and Adam Webley each helped themselves to a brace with Craig Gilson netting the spare.

Carterton Town A are now in second on goal difference only courtesy of a 3-0 win over Combe. Jack Morton (2) and Jack Lonsdale with the goals.

Chipping Norton Town leapfrogged their opponents into 5th place after handing out a 4-1 defeat to Charlbury Town. Dan Bott (2), Rhys Warner-Carter and Dan Kirby were on target for the hosts.

Hanborough overcame strugglers Ducklington by the odd goal in 5. Joey Burgess netted twice for the hosts with Neil Rose picking up the other. Robbie Mutch and Perry Tinson replied for the visitors in their 3-2 defeat.

Witney Royals are now 6 games without defeat after their latest win. Jordan Cross, Matt Thompson, Max Lucas and Steve Brasier all found the back of the net in their 4-0 win over Hailey.

Division One
The top 3 sides in Division One, all dropped points this weekend with first and second place, succumbing to rare defeats. Leaders Kirtlington went down 4-0 to Spartan Rangers. Dave Cross, Pete Jenkins, Jamie Timms and Harry Thompson were all on target for the visitors.

Eynsham SSC missed the chance to retake top spot after narrowly going down 2-1 to hosts, FC Hollybush. Brad Bryant and Alan Rogers hit the back of the net for the Bush with John Ayres goal for Eynsham, not enough for a point.

Brize Norton’s unbeaten run came to an end as they went down 2-1 to hosts Aston. Sam Rowe and Matt Smith scored for the hosts with Pavel Bronk replying for Brize who are now, 4 points adrift in the relegation zone.

A point was what third placed Carterton Rangers had to settle for as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Stonesfield. Jamie McDonough on target for Rangers.

Division Two
A Dan Sollis brace was all it took for Carterton Town B to pick up all three points in their 2-0 win over Kingham All Blacks.

Dan Oyston went one better and hit a hat trick as Bampton United saw of Spartan Rangers Reserves 3-1. Martin Fereirra replying for the hosts.

Milton lost ground on the leaders after going down 1-0 to Moreton Rangers, for whom Rob Mayhew scored.

Manuel Cortes’ hat trick accompanied a Rocky Burton strike as Chipping Norton Town defeated Minster Lovell Reserves 4-2. James Hector and Mykel Ryan hit back in vein replied for the hosts.

Witney Wanderers beat Hanborough Reserves 4-1 with Ben Border (2), Andrew Thompson and Michael Bason all hitting the back of the net. Dan Smith’s goal for Boro was mere consolation.

Division Three
In the only game in Division Three, FC Mills went down 3-0 to Corinthians. Dan Smith (2) and Luke Cuthbert scored for the visitors.

Division Four
It was honours even in the relegation dog fight as Brize Norton Reserves and Spartan Rangers A played out a 3-3 draw. Richard Duffy (2) and Jamie Hutchins scored for the hosts with Dan Jeffrey, Tom Merchant and Leon Steele replying for Spartan.

Wootton Reserves went down 4-3 to Kingham All Black Reserves. Liam Barnes scored twice for the visitors with Dale Norris and Jake Godfrey adding. Michael Steers (2) and Dan Leggett replied in vain for Wooton.

Aston Reserves moved into third place after a comfortable 4-0 win over a struggling Wychwood Forest Reserves. Ady Kew, Jordan Waller, Simon Isherwood and Sam Duthie were all on target.
