Oxfordshire Charity Cup – Second Round
Simon Thompson and Carl Austin were on target for West Witney earning them a 2-1 win over a strong Mansfield Road side and passage to the third round of the cup.

Premier Division
Bourton Rovers moved into second place after a 4-0 win over Minster Lovell. Adam Webley (2), Callum Trott and Dan Smith all scored in the victory.

Hailey and Combe had to settle for a point each after drawing 1-1. Jack Wood and Ethan Penney scored for Hailey and Combe respectively.

A Tom Gregory hat trick for Ducklington was enough to sink hosts, Witney Royals. Jamie Kennedy scored for Royals in the 3-1 defeat.

Division One
Eynsham SSC now lead Division One after a 2-1 win over Stonesfield, courtesy of a John Ayres brace. Lloyd Belcher scored for Stonesfield.

Previous leaders Kirtlington were knocked off their perch by third placed Carterton Rangers. Rangers; who are now just a point behind Kirtlington earned all three points after defeating their hosts 4-3. Dan Hall bagged a brace in the win with Adam Lee and Tom Hall getting the others. Ryan Moran-Ross, Antony Brooker and Toby Smith scored for the Kirtlington, but they could not find the equaliser.

Spartan Rangers slipped to fourth place after going down 3-1 to FC Hollybush. Steve Holder (2) and Brad Bryant scored for the visitors with Josh Grant netting Spartan’s consolation.

North Leigh A picked up a valuable three points in their bottom of the table clash with Brize Norton. Lewis Hathaway scored a hat trick for the hosts with Joey Aust (2) and Justin Timms getting the others.

Aston and Chadlington had to settle for a point a piece as they drew 1-1. Reece Waine scored for Aston with Charlie White replying for Chad.

Division Two
Carterton Town B consolidated their position at the top of Division Two after a sound 7-0 thumping of Witney Wanderers. Dan Sollis was in fine form, picking up a five-goal-haul for the hosts. Lee Litton and Adam Harris grabbed the others.

Joel Spalding, Martin Ferreira, Craig Isle and Omar Semlali were all on target for Spartan Rangers Reserves in their 4-1 win over Ducklington Reserves for whom Chris Olive scored.

Rob Keylock, Mark Stinchcombe and Reece Sales each bagged a brace as Hanborough Reserves took all three points from their visit to Chipping Norton Town Reserves. Rocky Burton got both goals for the hosts.

Gareth Price scored both goals for Kingham AB as they went down 5-2 to the visiting Bampton United.

Division Three
Will Graham was in deadly form as he bagged seven of Tower Hill Stars 11 goals in their 11-1 demolition of Bampton United Reserves. The hosts, who played most of the game with 10 players did manage to register a goal through Steve Newman, but Graham’s magnificent seven was added to by goals from Andy Claridge, James Scott and David Meredith to complete the rout.

Jon Holder scored a five-timer as Wootton smashed FC Mills 10-1. Adam Rackham was on target for the visitors but further goals from Fraser Scott (2), Martin Brion, Jack Pease and James Cox completed Mills’ misery.

John Umney helped himself to four goals in Middle Barton’s 8-3 defeat of Bourton Rovers Reserves. Jack Eley score a hat trick with Josh Hunt getting the odd goal. Dan Joynes, Jamie Stroud and Thom Green replied for Bourton.

Frank Webb scored a hat trick in Corinthians 6-0 win over Witney Royals Reserves. Luke Cuthbert, Harry Puffitt and Sam King got the others in blustery conditions.

Wychwood Forest narrowly beat Tower Hill 3-2 and had two own goals to thank for the victory. Jack Simpson and Luke Bolley registered for the home side. Steve Harris scored for Forest and with the addition of own goals from Ed Smith and Elliot Graham Wychwood held on for the three points.

Division Four
Charlbury Town Reserves remain top of Division Four on goal difference after their 5-3 win over Milton Reserves. The goals were shared equally amongst Carl Siford, Sam Cleaver, Daryl Potter, Craig McCallum and Steve Fitzgerald. Jim Littlewood (2) and Martin Sponar hit back in vain for the visitors.

Arron Hyatt scored from the spot to record a 1-0 victory for FC Hollybush Reserves over Kingham AB Reserves and keep his side in second place in the table.

Chadlington Reserves and Aston Reserves fought hard for a point each in their 3-3 draw. Graham Harrison, Joseph Taylor and Adam Tinkham all scored for the hosts with Charlie Fisher (2) and Sam Murphy levelling the score for Aston.

It was also honour even at Combe where their Reserve side Drew 4-4 with Brize Norton Reserves. Cameron Elphick’s was a boon to his side banging in a hat trick, with Paul Tyack adding. However goals from Jamie Hutchins (2), Chris Mayhew and Matt Parsloe earned Brize a share of the spoils.
