Premier Division
There was yet another twist in the tale as the Premier Division’s title challenge drew closer to a conclusion. After earning the initiative late in the season, Bourton Rovers threw away their chance to retake top spot after being held to a 3-3 draw by Charlbury Town. Connor Teague scored twice for the hosts with Freddie Murphy adding the other. However goals from Steve Fitzgerald, Stefan Lang and Craig McCallum brought parity to the score line and handed the advantage back to West Witney.

West Witney, having picked up another 3 points midweek in a 4-2 win over Hailey put themselves back in pole position courtesy of a 2-1 win over current Premier Division leaders Carterton Town. Jack Morton scored for the visitors but goals from Mike Duerden and James Fleming swung the title chase back in West Witney’s favour.

In the battle for fourth place, Combe emerged victorious after a 5-3 win over opponents Chipping Norton Town. The goals were shared around by the hosts with Steve Smith, Ethan Penney, Sam Hibbard and James Minchin all getting on the score sheet. Andy McCabe, Shaun Collins and Rhys Warner-Carter replied for Chippy.

Division One
In their final match of the campaign, Spartan Rangers secured themselves second place and with it; promotion after a 1-0 victory over newly crowned Division One Champions, Eynsham SSC. Charlie Waite’s strike was the only goal of the game.

Stonesfield completed their campaign with a 1-0 win over Chadlington. Lewis Kemp was on target to net the games only goal.

Having succumbed to relegation in the previous weeks, Hailey Reserves went earning a point from their closest rivals North Leigh. Lee Moseley and an own goal earned the visitors a 2-2 draw against Hailey for whom Luke Manning and Tom Gonzales scored.

Division Two
At the bottom of Division Two it was a case of winner takes all as Minster Lovell Reserves met fellow relegation stricken Kingham AB. A win for either side would have meant a final chance at avoiding relegation in their last game. However, neither side would give any ground and played out a tough 101 draw. James Hector scored for Minster with Dale Norris netting for Kingham. The draw means that both sides were consigned to relegation and Division Three football next season.

Dan Smith, Reeve Sales and Rob Keylock all scored in Hanborough’s 3-0 win over FC Nomads.

Division Three
Tower Hill Stars snatched promotion from under the noses of their erstwhile compatriots at Tower Hill after a straight forward 3-0 win over Wootton. Kevin Davies, James Scott and Craig Mays all weighed in with goals to secure the points needed to sew up second place. #

Champions, Wychwood Forest recorded their 17th victory in the league, however this was a little tougher. Middle Barton made the Champions work for their points in a 3-2 win for the hosts. Steve Harris, Tom Cairns and Jack Gibson were all on target for Wychwood with John Umney and Lee Hayes recording goals for Middle Barton.

Division Four
Arron Hyatt’s brace meant that it would be FC Hollybush Reserves joining Charlbury Town Reserves in Division Three next season and not their hosts Aston Reserves after the sides played out a 2-1 win for Hollybush. Sam Murphy’s goal for Aston gave them a glimmer of hope, but it was not quite enough.

Division Four Champions, Charlbury Town Reserves signed off their campaign with a stylish 6-0 win over Kingham AB Reserves. Damian Corbin (2), Brennan Marles, Mark Clements, Matt Cox and Joe Jordan were all on target in the win.

The points were shared at Chadlington Reserves where the hosts drew 2-2 with Spartan Rangers A. James Macke and Jordan Saverton scored for Spartan but a brace from Charlie White earned a share of the spoils for Chad.

Jack Barker and Jake Davis each scored twice in Stonesfield Reserves 5-2 win over Eynsham SSC Reserves. Nick Clarke got the other with Lee Parsons and Darren Mobey replying for Eynsham.

Milton Reserves went down 3-2 to a resurgent Brize Norton Reserves with Mark Carpenter, Chris Mayew and Matt Parsloe all getting on the score sheet. Jim Rawlins and Dan Hooton hit back for Milton.
