Junior Shield
Milton caused the only shock in the second round of the Junior Shield as the Division Two outfit beat FC Nomads form Division One 3-1. Steve Bircher gave the visitors the lead but goals from Robert Watts (2) and Harry Lake sent the hosts through to Round Three.

Dan Smith Bagged a hat trick in Stanton Harcourt’s 4-3 extra time win over North Leigh B. Smith scored twice in normal time with Ben Calcutt, cancelling out strikes from Rob Wyatt, Lee Moseley and Lewis Hathaway, but Smith completed his hat trick in extra time to send the hosts through.

Dan Frizell, Chris King and Matt Townsend with a long range free kick all scored for Brize Norton as they beat Witney Royals Reserves 3-0.

West Witney Reserves went down 2-1 after extra time to Chadlington. Mark Haydon and Danny Murphy scored for West Witney and Chad respectively within 90 minutes, but Stephen Hunt’s goal in extra time secure Chadlington’s passage to Round Three.

Ryan Sollis (2), Andy Malandain and Scott Atkins were all on arget for Hanborough Reserves in their 4-3 win over Combe. Josh Posey, Simon Gale and Steve Titmus’ goals for the visitors were not enough.

Premier Division
West Witney maintained their 7 point lead at the top of the Premier Division after a comfortably 5-0 at Charlbury Town. The goals were shared amongst Tony McLemen, Wayne Moscrop, Dan Brierly, Ian Sparkes and Josh Grant.

Hanborough stay second by beating Witney Royals 2-0. Dan Haggie and Will Griffiths scored the goals.

Chipping Norton Town are a point behind Hanborough after a narrow 3-2 win over North Leigh A. Ryan Bowers and Jim***** scored for the visitors, but goals from Warwick Thompkins (2) and James Harri settled the tie in the hosts favour.

Sean King, Joe King and Mark Wright all scored for Hailey in their 3-0 win over Ducklington.

Craig Isle bagged a brace in Carterton A’s 3-1 win over Spartan Rangers. Jason Lonsdale grabbed the other as Jack Mills pulled one back for Spartan.

Division One
Freeland climbed out of the relegation zone with a 2-1 win over Hailey reserves. Neil Rowicki scored for the hosts but goals from Ady Williams and George Wagerfield secured the points for Freeland.

FC Mills remain rooted to the foot of the table after going down 4-2 to Aston. Jason Thomas and Rob Aldridge scored for the hosts but a brace a piece for Matt Smith and Kevin Jones secured the win for Aston.

Division Two
Eynsham SSC moved into pole position in Division Two after a sound 7-2 thrashing of Witney Wanderers. John Ayres was back amongst the goal bagging himself a 4-goal haul with Matt Walker, Mike Balmer and Nathan Prestidge adding. Cesar Adenir and Rogerio Pereira scored in return for Wanderers.

Paul Kay also grabbed a four-timer as Middle Barton smashed Ducklington Reserves 6-0. Ashley Scearce and Robbie Catlin got the others.

Division Three
Carterton B moved a to the top of Division Three as they beat Wootton 3-0. John Smales, Mark Hawkins and Ollie Bush all got on the score sheet.

A second hat trick of the season for centreback Arron Hyatt helped FC Hollybush to a 4-2 win over visitors and title challengers, Kirtlington. Alex Metcalfe and Ryan Morgan-Ross scored for Kirtlington but Hyatt’s hat trick and a cheeky back-heeled goal from Joe Hatt ensured the victory for the hosts.

Spartan Rangers Reserves are still in the relegation mire as they went down 5-0 to Carterton Rangers. Chris Smith, James Barker, Ben Pearce, Billy Carter and Andrew Stone each chipped in with a goal for the visitors in the comfortable win.

Mike Ryan scored a hat trick in Minster Lovell Reserves 7-1 mauling of Aston Reserves. Arrun Mullis, Paul Wiggins, Sean Cross and Liam Crowther all found the back of the net with Chris Poulson replying in vain for Aston.

Tackley took all three points in their 7-6 goal-fest against Chipping Norton Reserves. The hosts scored though Chris Betreen who bagged a hat trick, Kyle DeFraitas (2), Matt Currill and Russell Moss. Chippy hit back with Keiron Watts and Sam Philpott each also bagging a hat trick.

Division Four
Bourton Rovers continued their good form with a 2-0 win over Spartan Rangers A. Matt Winters with both goals.

Promotion chasing Corinthians were held to a 1-1 draw with bottom side Chadlington Reserves. Alex Marsden scored for the visitors with Dan Townsend scoring for Chad who pick up only their 6th point of the season.

FC Hollybush Reserves will consider themselves lucky to come away with all three points after their narrow 4-3 win over Greystones. Dean Spivey and Paul Heyes had put the visitors in front before Rocky Burton, Clayton Foster and Cheyenne Burton pulled the home side level. However a speculative long range effort from Heyes resulted in his second and all three points for the visitors.

Kingham AB Reserves beat Eynsham SSC Reserves 6-2 with goals from Kurtis Atkins (2), Jake Harewood, Luke Herbert, Richard French and Gareth Price. Kevin Webb and Lee Parsons replied for Eynsham.
