Congratulations to Hanborough FC who last night became the Premier Division Champions for the 6th time in their history; and the first time since 1976!
The title was decided with a 1-0 win over second placed Spartan Rangers at The Leys, Witney. Dan Haggie, who has been amongst the goals this season, dispatched a75th minute penalty to settle the tie and the title race.
Plaudits also go Stanton Harcourt who clinched the Division Two title at the weekend. They re-joined the league 3 years ago and have now earned 3 successive promotions, claiming two titles on the way.
In Division Four, new boys Carterton Pumas won their division at a canter, dropping only 2 points all season.
