Jack Busby Cup – Round One
Chipping Norton Town Reserves are through to the Second Round after their 6-3 defeat of Minster Lovell. Matt Chadwick scored a hat trick in the win with Matt Smith (2) and Jarvis Morely getting the others. Cody Davies, Mykel Ryan and Tom Brennan replied for Minster.

Dave Oliver and Perry Tinson were on target for Ducklington Reserves as they knocked out Aston Reserves 2-1. Brendan Chalk scored the goal for the home side.

A Chris Leach goal was enough to see Hanborough Reserves through against Wootton Reserves 1-0.

Premier Division
Mike Duerden bagged four goals for Carterton A, keeping them in top spot, in their 7-0 thrashing of Witney Royals A. Chris McNeil, Tommy Burns and Phil Stannard also got on the score sheet.

Hailey are level on points at the top courtesy of a 4-0 win over Hanborough. Luke Manning bagged a brace with Dean Mays and Harvey Butler getting the others.

A single Tony McLemen strike keeps Champions West Witney in touch with the leaders after their 1-0 win away to Ducklington.

Brize Norton went down 3-2 to Minster Lovell with the away goals being scored by Luke French, Connor Tinsley and Ed Dunn. Pawel Bronk and Shaun Rawlings scored for Brize who remain a point adrift at the bottom.

The points were shared at Charlbury were the hosts drew 2-2 with Chipping Norton. Shaun Gilbert netted twice for Charlbury with Ryan Green and Warwick Thompkins replying for Chippy.

Division One
Spartan Rangers and Bourton Rovers currently sit head and shoulders above the rest of the division having opened up a 9 point gap on the chasing pack after just 6 games. Spartan picked up their 3 points by beating FC Nomads 3-1. Steve Bircher scored for the hosts but Donovan Henderson-Sowerby, Charlie Waite and Matt Howard secured the points for Spartan.

Bourton Rovers kept pace and made up some important goal difference with a 6-0 mauling of Aston. Adam Webbley scored a hat trick with Liam White, Sam Mattock and Dan Smith getting the others.

Chadlington emerged victorious form their gritty 4-3 win over Eynsham SSC. Chadlinton’s Steve Hunt bagged all four goals in the win, as Max Leach, Matt Walker and John Ayres goals for the hosts weren’t quite enough.

Combe lead the chasing pack after their 3-1 win over FC Hollybush. They registered for the home side with an own goal but Ethan Penney, Simon Gale and Chris Betreen all scored to earn Combe the win.

Mo Semlali (2), John Andrews and Rob Styles all scored for Hailey Reserves in their 4-0 win over Kingham AB.

Division Two
Hosts Witney Wanderers produced an astonishing 14-0 demolition of visitors FC Mills. Harry Sklavovnos scored 4 in the rout, with Tom Gregory picking up a hat trick. Stuart Morrison and James Bason each bagged a brace with Marc Jackson and Andrew Thompson getting the others.

At the top of the table, Stonesfield also reached double figures in their 10-0 win over Enstone. Matthew Tarry and Paul Penney each scored a hat trick, with Tom Green (2), Chris Jordan and Jordan Newman completing the rout.

Stonesfield have Carterton Rangers to thank for their elevation to top spot after Rangers; playing only their second game of the season, banged in 6 past previous leaders Carterton Town B in a 6-1 win. Lee Keys was on target again picking up a hat trick with Dan Hall, Andrew Stone and Carl Shirley getting the others. Dan Sollis’ goal for Town was mere consolation.

Steven Hocknell and Pip Benfield were on target for Milton in their 2-0 win over hosts Bampton United.

Division Three
It’s all change at the top where previous leaders Tower Hill came unstuck against Ducklington A, going down 3-2 to the visitors. Jamie Goodwin and Reece Wain scored for the hosts, but goals from Lewis Bartlett, Jack Scott and Yassin Goulhabv earned Duck the win sending them top in the process. The defeat for tower Hill was the first in the clubs two-season history.

Hosts Spartan Rangers Reserves beat Corinthians 6-1, inflicting their first defeat this season in the process. Dave Cross banged in a hat trick with Charlie Harper (2) and Nick Angus making up the rest. Frank Webb scored for the vanquished Corinthians.

Witney Royals Reserves picked up their first win of the season with a fabulous 4-2 win over Wootton. Royals came back twice after Jamie Fisher and Jacob Cook had put Wootton ahead, but Royals capitalised on the visitors being reduced to 10-men after a red card with Dan Godden and Mikey Piper each scoring twice for the hosts.

Middle Barton also notched their first win of their campaign with a narrow 3-2 win over Bourton Rovers Reserves. Cousins Lewis and Jack Fowler each scored with Lee Haynes getting the other. Jamie Stroud and Matt Whitehall replied in vain for Bourton.

Division Four
Adam Townsend and Ashley Overton both scored hat tricks in Tower Hill Reserves 8-0 thrashing of FC Hollybush. Dave Meredith and Darren Tasker scored the others keeping them 3 points clear at the top.

Eynsham A stay in second with after a comfortable 5-0 win over Chadlington Reserves. The visitors goals were shared amongst Jordan Lyne, Tyler Walker, Olly Page, Shaun Morton and Aled Newton.

The points were shared as Wychwood Forest and Bampton Reserves played out a 1-1 draw. Neil Phipps and Tom Madden scored for Wychwood and Bampton respectively.
