Senior Cup Quarter Final
It took penalties to separate West Witney from Brize Norton in the Senior Cup after playing 120 minutes without a winner. The match finished 3-3 at full time and the sides could not be separated in extra time either. Pawel Bronk (2) and Rob Hook registered for Brize within 120 minutes with Dan King, Karl Austin and Chris Hirons doing the same for West Witney. However the current holders held their nerve in the shoot-out to book their place in the semi-final.

Minster Lovell found the going a lot easier however after an 8-1 routing of Ducklington. Ryan Colleton scored the visitors consolation goal, but Minster were rampant with Connor Tinsley, Stephen Burke, and Sebastian White each bagging a brace, while Nathan Harris and Cody Davies also scored.

Premier Division
Carterton Town A have potentially done all they can to win their first Premier title in a decade. They finished their season with a straight forward 3-0 win over Hanborough. Jason Lonsdale (2) and Wes Christian bagged the goals that leave Town 9 points clear of West Witney who need to win their remaining 3 games and make up an 18-goal deficit in order to retain their crown.

The result also meant that Hanborough will be playing Division One football next season after completing their season and finishing second from bottom.

Jack Wood and Tony Bolt scored for Hailey and Charlbury Town respectively in their 1-1 draw.

Division One
FC Nomads are relegated after conceding a 2-goal lead in their final game to Aston in a match that finished 3-2. The visitors looked to have secured their Division One statues after racing to ahead with goals from Darren Craig and Chris Lawrence.

However a spirited comeback from hosts Aston saw Benji Sunblad, Warren Austin and Matt Smith all find the back of the net. The goals secured the 3 points for Aston and consigned Nomads to relegation.

Bourton Rovers clinched their first Division One title after a comfortable 7-0 win over Chadlington. Adam Webley banged in a hat trick with Connor Teague (2), Sam Mattock and Craig Gilson netting the others. Bourton will complete the season unbeaten if they can avoid defeat in their last match.

Bourton’s last match is in fact against second place Combe who confirmed their promotion to the Premier Division courtesy of a point they picked up after a 1-1 draw with North Leigh. Ethan Penney and Ryan Maskey scored for Combe and North Leigh respectively.

Division Two
Carterton Town B completed their season with a 3-1 win over Ducklington Reserves. Adam Harris, Lee Manly and Dan Solis all put the ball in the back of the net while Dan Smith reciprocated for Duck.

FC Mills also brought an end to a season they won’t want to remember in a hurry as they went down 4-1 to Witney Wanderers. Gary Atkinson scored a hat trick in the match with Jason Basson grabbing Wanderers other goal. Steve Lyons scored Mills last Division Two goal for at least another season.

Division Three
Spartan Rangers Reserves have been Crowned Division Three Champions after beating Bourton Rovers Reserves 4-1 in their final game of the season. Jamie Stroud scored for the visitors, however a Dave Cross brace along with goals from Pete Jenkins and Harry Thompson was enough for the win which saw them lift the Division Three Crown. The result also means that Bourton Rovers Reserves need to win their last match in order to avoid relegation.

Chipping Norton Town Reserves season continues in good form after a 2-1 win over Tower Hill. Liam Busby and Rhys Warner-Carter scored the goals that secured the points as Carl Dickenson replied for Tower Hill.

Corinthians also aim to finish on a high after winning their penultimate game 5-3 against Middle Barton. The hosts gave a good account of themselves and found the back of the net through Paul Kay, Charlie Yeomans and Lee Haynes, however Corinthians were too good and a Frank Webb hat trick was accompanied by strikes from Sam Aston and Tom Cairns.

Minster Lovell Reserves have now lost two games in a row after going down 3-2 to Wootton. George May, Graham Berry and Jon Holder all scored for the hosts with Charlie McCulloch and Andy Horne netting for Minster.

Division Four
It was always going to be an battle when first place met second but spectators were treated to an 9-goal epic as Tower Hill beat Eynsham A 5-4. Oli Page (2), Declan Green and Jordan Lyne were on target for the hosts but goals Tower Hill went one better and shared their goals amongst Sam Bower, Will Graham, Richard Meredith, Ashley Overton and Nick Rafferty. The win means that Tower Hill now need just 1 point to become Division Four Champions.

Wychwood Forest beat Chadlington Reserves 4-1 with Kevin Wishart picking up a hat trick. Matt North pulled one back for the hosts but a fourth Wychwood goal from Neil Phipps put the result beyond doubt.

Spartan Rangers A went down 1-0 to Bampton United Reserves with Jordan Day’s strike being the games only highlight.
