Carterton Pumas moved into third and are still within striking distance of top spot after a 3-2 win over Eynsham SSC. John Ayres scored twice for the hosts but goals from Si Turner (2), Carl Naughton, Wes Christian and Darren Davenport secured all 3 points for Pumas.

Despite losing, Eynsham avoided natural relegation after other results went their way. Neighbours North Leigh defeated Hanborough Reserves 3-1, consigning their opponents to Division 3 in the process. John Russell (2) and Darren Tasker scored the goals that ended Boro’s Division Two hopes.

In mid-table, FC Nomads, who can still technically achieve promotion, drew 1-1 with Kingham. James Hookins and Eddy Webb scored for Nomads and Kingham respectively.

Division Two
In the battle at the top of Division Two it was the hosts Carterton Rangers who came out on top after beating leaders Combe 3-1. James Barker scored twice and Dan Hall the other in the win which saw Rangers go level on points at the top of the Division. Roger Moss replied for Combe who still have a superior goal difference and a game in hand on the other sides around them. But with several of the top 4 teams still to play each other the title is still very much up for grabs.

Once side who is hoping this is the case is FC Hollybush who remain hot on the heels of the leaders after a 5-0 thrashing of Ducklington Reserves. Eddie Brookes scored twice with Paul Dray, Kev Davies and Joe Hatt also finding the back of the net.

Kirtlington also retain their slim hopes of the title, but certainly promotion after they saw off FC Mills 5-2. Warren Senior and Rob Seymour scored for the hosts but a hat trick from Shane Probitts and a brace from John Omole settled the tie.

Bampton Town couldn’t escape the drop as they went down 3-1 to Witney Wanderers and were relegated in the process.

Olly Bush (2) and Adam Harris had given Town a half time lead but goals from Nathan Beckett (2) and Jordan Day brought parity to the score line. The result means that Town will be crowned Division Three Champions if they can win both their remaining games.

The points were shared at Ducklington where Duck A drew 1-1 with Chipping Norton Town Reserves. Gary O'Donovan scored for the hosts with Sam Philpott levelling the tie for Chippy.

Division Four
Recently crowned Division Four Champions, Tower Hill continued their dominance with a 9-3 thrashing of Wychwood Forest. The hosts put up a good fight with Ben Powell grabbing a hat trick. Aston Reserves continued their promotion campaign after a narrow 3-2 win over Eynsham SSC Reserves. Aston who need to win all of their remaining games to secure promotion scored through Dan Isherwood, Tom Dexter and Ben Waldron. The visitors replied with goals from Dan Harwood and Lee Parsons but it was not quite enough.

Milton Reserves picked up only their second point of the season courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Chadlington Reserves. Luke Bayliss scored for Chad with Daniel Hooton netting the levelled for Milton.

FC Hollybush Reserves continued their unpredictable season with a 6-0 win over Wootton Reserves. George Simmonds and Dan Bilton each bagged a brace with Jamie Bilton and Dean Spivey getting the other two. Frazer Scott scored the lone strike for Wootton.
