Junior Cup

Aston found themselves in the semi-final of the Junior Cup after comfortably beating Bampton United 3-0. Vince Evans, Ryan Hewer and Ryan Colleton with the goals.

Supplementary Cup

Bletchington eased into the semi-finals of beating Combe Reserves 6-1. Combe’s only goal came from an own-goal. Daryl Potter, Nicky Middleton and a brace a piece for Danny Evans and Jimmy Deabill saw Bletch through.

Senior Cup

Minster Lovell’s John Fletcher helped them into the semis with a hattrick as they hit Witney Royals for 6 without reply. Charlie McCulloch and Seb White (2) were also involved in the goals.

Premier Division

Charlbury Town were involved in their first draw of the season as neither them or Combe could find the back of the net in their 0-0 draw.

James Little’s double moved Chipping Norton Town up to third in their 4-2 win over Kirtlington. Dan Bott and Joey Lee also scored for Chippy. Jordan Parker and Shane Probitts with Kirtlington’s goals.

Hanborough bounced back from their mid-week cup defeat to beat Hailey away 3-1. Perry Tinson scored for Hailey but goals from Joey Burgess, Jack Morton and Rob Keylock gave Hanborough all three points and closed the gap at the top.

Carterton Town A leap frogged Spartan Rangers in the table after beating them 4-2. Charlie Harper and John Clarke scored for Spartan. John Sword, Wes Christian and Dave Wanless (2) scored for Carterton.

Division One

Milton and Stonesfield couldn’t be split in their 2-2 draw as the battle for to stay up wasn’t made any easier for either teams. Jim Littlewood and Alex Ayres scored for Milton, Bruce Wilson and Mike Phipps for Stonesfield.

Division Two

Tower Hill remained one point clear with a game in hand with a 4-0 win over FC Ascott. James Scott, Bradley Olive, Lewis Bartlett and Ed Smith the scorers.

Herbie Hamilton’s brace helped Hanborough Reserves to all three points in their 3-2 win over Hailey Reserves. Ross Lewington hit Hanboroughs third, Martin Latimer and Curtis Hathaway were on target for Hailey.

Witney Wanderers moved up to fifth after their 5-1 win away at Middle Barton. Liam Barnes scored Barton’s only goal. Stu Morrison and Ben Border both hit two, Ethan Richardson scored Wanderers’ fifth.

Craig Mays’ hattrick helped Tower Hill Stars to their 4-2 win at home to Spartan Rangers Reserves. Sam Bowers also scored for Stars, Ben Hardcastle and Michael Pratley with Spartans goals.

Division Three

Tim Seniors’ double gave Aston Reserves all three points in their narrow 2-1 win over Charlbury Town Reserves. Tom Williams scored for Charlbury.

Ducklington Reserves moved up to fourth after beating FC Hollybush Reserves 3-0. Ady Kew scored two, Sam Doherty was also on target.

Division Four

Stonesfield Reserves kept their promotion dreams alive with a 2-2 draw away at Brize Norton Reserves. Ciaran Clarke and Haydn Parker scored for the home side but Luke Burns’ double rescued a point for Stonesfield.

FC Mills got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win over FC Ascott Reserves. Steve Harries scored for Ascott but calls from Davy Cooper and Lee McGuiness secured promotion for Mills.

Ben Harris’ double helped Kingham All Blacks Reserves to an impressive 2-1 win over league leaders Siege. Karl Dodds scored for Siege.

The evergreen Andy Watson was was on target for Chadlington Reserves in their 2-1 win over Spartan Rangers A. Leon Steel scored for Spartan, Lee Woodward for Chad.

Eynsham Reserves made it back to back wins for the first time this season as they thrashed Wootton Reserves 5-0. Dan Harwood and Ryan Stockford both scored two, Shaun Rowbotham converted from the spot.
